  3. Logistics Suite: Floor plan creation, venue walkthrough, and the Master Production Timeline.
  4. Vendor Liaison: Taking over all professional communication 30 days prior.
  5. The Full Event: Rehearsal direction, morning-of suite visits(Bridal & Groom), full setup/strike, and gift security.

  • In-Person Connection: Includes 2 dedicated in-person meetings

  1. Kickoff intake (week 6): A deep-dive 2-3 hour session where we narrow down your exact vision and absorb your plans.
  2. Logistics Suite: Floor plan creation, full venue walkthrough, and the Master Production Timeline.
  3. Vendor Liaison: Taking over all professional communication 30 days prior.
  4. The Full Event: Rehearsal direction, morning-of suite visits(Bridal & Groom), full setup/strike, and gift security.
